Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the retail industry.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the human resources team.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment legislation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
