Job Description

  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • Analyse customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Support the development of proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product innovations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Applications Specialist should have:

  • An engineering degree or previous technical sales experience will be highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a sales-focused environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and key stakeholders.
  • A solutions focused mindset with strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
  • A commitment to maintaining current knowledge of industry developments.
