Job Description

  • Plan and execute testing and validation procedures for engineering projects.
  • Develop detailed test plans and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyse test data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to address issues and implement solutions.
  • Document test results and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain testing equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functional.
  • Support product development by identifying potential risks and failure points.
  • Stay updated on the latest testing technologies and methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Test and Validation Engineer should have:

  • Strong technical knowledge of testing and validation processes in Automotive manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in using testing equipment and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in Mechatronics engineering or a related field.
