Job Description

The role responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute data migration activities for the Workday platform.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate data requirements.
  • Develop and implement data mapping and transformation strategies.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data migration processes to resolve issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the technology team to align data migration with system configurations.
  • Document data migration processes and outcomes for future reference.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on data-related tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Workday Data Migration Lead should have:

  • Extensive experience with Workday data migration processes.
  • Strong technical expertise in data mapping and transformation.
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies related to data migration.
  • Solid understanding of data integrity and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
