I started at Michael Page on the graduate programme in 2008 and before transferring to Houston, I recruited in the mining, oil and gas sectors in Brisbane. Transferring internationally can do a lot for your career but it’s also a big challenge.
 

Having worked in both the Australian and US oil and gas markets, I have now transferred to Calgary to help open the office here and establish a local presence for Michael Page in Western Canada. Calgary is a beautiful city only an hour from the Rocky Mountains and the market is similar to that of Australia in a lot of aspects. Calgary presents a significant opportunity for Michael Page and gives us an integrated North American oil and gas team.
