The Successful Applicant

Essential requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience with payroll, finance systems and financial analysis
  • Strong all-round finance experience (payroll, AP, AR, reporting)
  • Experience in process improvement and system implementation
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on *
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, payroll legislation and GST
  • High attention to detail and analytical capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in aged care or regulated environments
