Job Description

  • Develop and implement AI strategies to support business objectives in the property industry.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
  • Lead AI projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyse complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and assess their potential for business integration.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in the AI domain.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations in AI applications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Business Partner/Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior AI, data, or digital leadership role, ideally within an asset-heavy or operationally complex environment.
  • Can showcase relevant AI courses and qualifications to enrich understanding.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business challenges into technology-driven solutions.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data platforms, and emerging technologies (hands-on coding not required).
  • Track record of delivering end-to-end initiatives, from strategy and business case through to implementation and value realisation.
  • Experience driving change and embedding new capabilities across large, non-technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exposure to industries such as mining, construction, engineering, or infrastructure will be highly regarded.
