About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong operational footprint across Australia and New Zealand within the Industrial & Manufacturing space.

Job Description

  • Prepare and process journal entries for accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts reconciliation.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will bring:

  • 1-3 years' experience in an accounting or finance position
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or be currently working towards completion.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
