My client are a global leader in high-performance hand protection & safety solutions, specialising across industrial, automotive, mining & defence sectors.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial & critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the safet/ppe/construction industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the safety & PPE market and its trends.
  • A valid driver's licence to utilise the company car provided.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
