The role of Change Analyst SAP in Brisbane involves supporting SAP-related change initiatives within the transport and distribution industry. You will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions spanning Asset Management, Procurement, Maintenance, Inventory and other Non-Finance business functions.

An organisation within the transport and distribution industry undertaking a significant enterprise-wide SAP transformation program to modernise business processes and operations.

Job Description

  • Analyse change impacts related to SAP systems and processes.
  • Lead change impact assessments across SAP S/4HANA workstreams, with an emphasis on Non-Finance business functions.
  • Analyse and document impacts across EAM, PM, SD, MM/Procurement and Inventory Management processes.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address change requirements.
  • Provide support for training and communication initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on change progress and outcomes.
  • Assist in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Document change activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Support project teams in aligning SAP changes with organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Analyst SAP should have:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or ERP implementation programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP environments, ideally including SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
  • Exposure to SAP modules such as EAM, PM, SD, MM/Procurement, Inventory Management or related business functions.
  • Strong knowledge of organisational change management methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within complex project or program environments.
  • Experience supporting training and learning initiatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Change Management certifications or relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
