Job Description

In this role you will take ownership of a portfolio of cases, managing them end-to-end while ensuring a seamless experience for clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with both internal teams and external providers to deliver outcomes efficiently, accurately, and in line with established processes. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of stakeholder coordination, case management, and high-volume communication.Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of claims from initiation through to completion, ensuring timelines and service standards are met.
  • Coordinating logistics and services including travel, accommodation, and related requirements to support each case outcome.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with customers via phone and email, providing updates and resolving queries.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure services are delivered on time and to expectation.
  • Accurately maintaining records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Prioritising workloads and managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position typically involves a blend of approximately 40 percent customer interaction and 60 percent administrative coordination.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and customer-focused professional who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment.You will bring:

  • Experience in claims management, case management, travel coordination, insurance, or a similar end-to-end service role.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and confidence working within policy-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills across both phone and email, with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt during peak workload periods.
