Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and manage client accounts, including handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and contribute to their implementation.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on client interactions and service outcomes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client service operations.
  • Uphold company standards and policies while representing the business in all client interactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Service Coordinator should have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or client account management, ideally within the business services industry.
  • Strong communication and personal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and standard office software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
