Job Description

  • Oversee clinical operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all 6 clinics.
  • Ensure clinics are functioning smoothly and consistently.
  • Act as the single point of operational coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members to foster professional development.
  • Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet organisational goals and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinical Operations Manager should have:
