The business is well established and operates in the Education industry.Job DescriptionThe Commercial Finance Manager will lead the finance business partnering function and serve as a trusted adviser to the executive leadership team and Board. The role is responsible for managing the organisation's budgeting and forecasting process from start to finish, delivering meaningful commercial insights and supporting strategic decision-making.Key responsibilities include:Leading the annual budget and periodic forecast processes end-to-endManaging a team of four, including three Finance Business Partners and one transactional finance professionalDelivering high-quality management reporting, analysis and financial insightsSupporting Board and executive reporting requirementsPartnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation to influence commercial and operational outcomesDriving financial planning, costing and performance management activitiesDeveloping business cases, financial models and strategic analysisIdentifying opportunities to improve finance processes, systems and reporting capabilitySupporting future ERP and budgeting system transformation initiativesBuilding a high-performing business partnering culture across the finance functionThe Successful ApplicantWe are seeking a capable and commercially minded finance leader with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and management accounting within a complex organisation.
