Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in Australia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth through innovative approaches.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and support sales teams to maximise productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise profitability.
  • Main product: IT display + ISP + Audio.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Australia Country Sales Manager should have:
