Job Description

  • Manage and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms and integrations.
  • Optimise and configure identity solutions including SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Design, develop, and automate identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, and access management workflows.
  • Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.
  • Support access certification campaigns, user access reviews, and identity governance activities within SailPoint.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, audit activities, compliance programs, and remediation efforts.
  • Partner with Cyber Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, Devops and business teams to enhance enterprise identity capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, platform modernization, and IAM roadmap activities.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Cyber Identity Engineer should have:

  • 7+ years Experience working within Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityNow, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity or ForgeRock
  • Experience with workflow automation and system integrations.
  • Experience implementing and supporting IAM controls including: Workforce IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM) , Customer IAM (CIAM)
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud-based and on-premises applications.
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, REST APIs, or similar tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as SailPoint, Microsoft Security, Identity and Access Administrator, or CISSP.
