Job Description

Design and maintain scalable WordPress VIP architecture

Build custom marketplace functionality and workflows

Develop optimized plugins and Gutenberg components

Improve frontend performance and site speed

Ensure strong Core Web Vitals across all pages

Translate product roadmap into technical solutions

Maintain code quality and documentation standards

Collaborate with leadership on product direction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Developer should have:

4+ years full stack WordPress development experience

Strong experience with WordPress VIP platform

Deep full stack technical expertise

Writes clean, structured and maintainable code

Advanced knowledge of performance optimisation

Experience building custom plugins and themes

Strong debugging and problem solving skills

Collaborative and product focused mindset
