With a strong national footprint and a workforce of 500+ employees, the business provides end-to-end services including design, engineering, drafting, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. They are known for delivering high-quality outcomes on major commercial, healthcare, education, and data centre projects.

Job Description

  • Produce and deliver detailed HVAC drawings (layouts, schematics, installation designs) using Revit in line with project specifications and timelines.
  • Manage all drafting documentation including RFIs, schedules, revisions, and drawing registers to support project delivery
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, site teams, and external consultants to ensure accurate and coordinated designs
  • Conduct quality checks on all drawings to ensure compliance with standards, accuracy, and constructability before release
  • Provide technical support to construction teams, including resolving design queries and assisting with approvals prior to fabrication
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, company procedures, and project requirements across all drafting activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing drafting processes, maintaining standards, and staying up to date with industry best practices

The Successful Applicant

A successful Draftsperson should have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in drafting (ideally within HVAC or mechanical services)
  • Experience using Revit (3D modelling preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
