Job Description

  • Complex calendar, meeting, and travel management
  • Coordinating executive communications and correspondence
  • Preparing reports, presentations, board papers, and meeting agendas
  • Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assisting with project administration across property and asset portfolios
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors, tenants, and key stakeholders
  • Maintaining records, contracts, and documentation systems
  • Tracking actions, deadlines, and project milestones
  • Supporting budgeting, invoicing, and general administration activities
  • Organising team events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
  • Providing broader operational support to the Property & Assets function



The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator supporting an executive leader
  • Experience within property, construction, development, infrastructure, or a related industry is highly regarded
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
  • Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgement
  • A collaborative and positive approach to working with stakeholders at all levels
