We're looking for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team. This is a broad, business-facing role where you'll work closely with operational leaders, providing financial insights that influence decision-making, improve performance, and support business growth.

Job Description

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting while providing meaningful analysis that helps shape business outcomes.

You'll play a key role in:

  • Partnering with leaders across the business to support commercial decision-making
  • Managing financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end activities
  • Delivering budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
  • Conducting pricing reviews, ROI analysis and business case assessments
  • Analysing revenue, costs and key operational metrics
  • Developing dashboards and reporting to drive business performance
  • Supporting internal controls, risk management and process improvement initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and financial outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
  • 5+ years' experience in finance, management accounting, FP&A or business partnering
  • Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis
  • Advanced Excel and strong systems capability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
