Job Description

Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Preparing accurate financial and management reporting.
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
  • Delivering board reporting, performance analysis and commercial insights.
  • Managing statutory compliance, tax obligations and external audits.
  • Monitoring working capital, liquidity and cash conversion performance.
  • Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and finance policies.
  • Developing reporting tools, dashboards and process improvements.
  • Partnering with operational and commercial leaders to improve business performance and support decision-making.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a Finance Officer

The Successful Applicant

To be successful, you will be a hands-on finance professional with strong technical accounting capability and commercial acumen. You will bring:

  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Prior experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Financial Accountant, Financial Controller or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ownership of financial reporting and month-end close processes.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
  • Experience managing cash flow, working capital and statutory compliance obligations.
  • Advanced Excel and strong financial systems skills.
  • The ability to translate financial results into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence partnering senior leaders.
  • A proactive, adaptable and improvement-focused mindset suited to a growing environment.
