Key responsibilities include:Leading the month-end and year-end close processes.Preparing accurate financial and management reporting.Driving budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.Delivering board reporting, performance analysis and commercial insights.Managing statutory compliance, tax obligations and external audits.Monitoring working capital, liquidity and cash conversion performance.Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and finance policies.Developing reporting tools, dashboards and process improvements.Partnering with operational and commercial leaders to improve business performance and support decision-making.Leading, mentoring and developing a Finance OfficerThe Successful ApplicantTo be successful, you will be a hands-on finance professional with strong technical accounting capability and commercial acumen.
