Job Description

The Financial Controller will be responsible for:

  • Manage and oversee the organisation's financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the organisation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Ensure strong internal controls and risk management practices are in place.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Chartered Background ideal (Business Services or Audit)
  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA).
  • Proven ability to manage financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
