We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a leading organisation in the manufacturing sector. This role is based in Hawthorn East and offers an excellent opportunity to develop and lead financial planning and analysis processes. This role will be 4 days on-site and 1 day work from home.

Job Description

  • Develop and lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with all departments to provide financial insights and business recommendations.
  • Support the leadership team with scenario modelling and ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.
  • Leadership of one financial analyst.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager will be able to demostrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience in SAP or other large scale ERPs.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting software.
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CA) is highly regarded.
