Job Description

  • Partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Own the delivery of financial targets through effective planning, forecasting and risk management.
  • Lead P&L management across multiple business units, providing insight and challenge around key performance drivers.
  • Support the annual operating plan, budgeting processes and monthly forecasting activities.
  • Influence key business decisions through detailed financial analysis and commercial insights.
  • Drive accountability across the business for revenue, profitability and cost management outcomes.
  • Develop and enhance financial reporting capabilities to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Ensure robust internal controls and SOX compliance while supporting internal and external audit requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • CPA or CA qualified with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership or commercial business partnering role.
  • Previous experience within a US-listed organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP S/4HANA
