Job Description

  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Lead the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on performance management and workplace issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and address workforce planning needs.
  • Support talent acquisition processes, including workforce onboarding and retention strategies.
  • Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage complex ER matters and act as a escalation point for people risk across sites
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational standards.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in human resources, preferably within the logistics and distribution industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic HR support to senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing HR initiatives.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related field.
