You are commercially minded, solutions-focused, and comfortable influencing leaders while balancing both people and business priorities.We're looking for someone who has:Current experience working as a Human Resources Business PartnerApproximately 3-5 years of HRBP experienceStrong stakeholder management and influencing capabilitiesExperience partnering with leaders within complex, evolving, or fast-paced environmentsSolid experience across employee relations, performance management, and workforce planningA proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to build credibility quicklyExperience within technology, SaaS, professional services, or similarly dynamic industries will be highly regardedMost importantly, you'll be eager to contribute to a high-performing People & Culture function and enjoy working in an organisation where HR is viewed as a strategic partner and key driver of business success.What's on OfferThis is an opportunity to join a business that's genuinely investing in its people, culture, and future.
