Job Description

  • Lead HRIS business analysis across a major enterprise transformation program spanning VIC and WA
  • Map end-to-end HR processes using Level 4 and Level 5 BPMN models
  • Analyse HR systems, interfaces, data flows, dependencies, and data quality gaps
  • Define, validate, and extend functional, technical, and data requirements across RFP and delivery phases
  • Support solution design, vendor alignment, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare activities
  • Provide SME leadership, stakeholder engagement, and requirements traceability across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRIS Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • 15+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, including senior/lead roles in complex HRIS and enterprise HR transformation programs
  • Proven experience capturing and modelling end-to-end HR business processes using BPMN (Level 4/5) within HRIS environments
  • Strong experience working with HRIS platforms and integrations, including writing technical interface specifications (APIs, HR/payroll system integrations, data flows)
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement across HR, payroll, technology, and vendor teams in HRIS implementations
  • Proficient with delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel, Visio, Lucidchart, and Miro in HRIS project environments
