With a strong commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence, the business is focused on fostering a workplace culture where people are empowered to contribute, continuously improve and perform at their best.Job DescriptionAs the HSE Manager, you will take ownership of all Health, Safety and Environmental functions across the site. Acting as the subject matter expert and key point of contact on all HSE matters, you will work closely with site leadership to develop and implement strategies that support compliance, engagement and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include:Leading all site HSE activities, programs and compliance requirements.Driving the site's HSE strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.Supporting and managing internal and external audits, including upcoming audit activities.Supporting accident and incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.Monitoring performance metrics, reporting trends and developing improvement plans.Partnering with leaders across the business to strengthen safety accountability and engagement.Supporting health, safety and environmental training and onboarding programs.The Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HSE professional with a strong background in manufacturing, industrial or operational environments.
