Job Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile applications.

Mentor and support developers across the team.

Drive best-practice React Native development for iOS and Android.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions.

Develop and maintain web platforms and digital environments.

Manage integrations and critical system security requirements.

Promote strong UI/UX standards across digital products.

Support cyber security initiatives and platform stability.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years' software development experience.

Strong React Native expertise across iOS and Android.

Advanced JavaScript and TypeScript skills.

Experience with PHP, SQL, and web technologies.

Previous leadership or team mentoring experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of cloud technologies and secure development.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
