Job Description

Internal Communications Delivery· Develop clear, engaging, and consistent communications including emails, intranet content, newsletters, # executive messaging, and leader talking points.· Ensure all communication aligns with NRI's strategic priorities, culture, and brand voice.Leadership & Stakeholder Support· Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver effective messaging, announcements, presentations, and virtual events.· Enable leaders to communicate with clarity, consistency, and impact across their teams.· Reporting to the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager.Channels & Platforms· Manage and maintain internal communication channels, including intranet and internal social platforms (e.g. SharePoint).· Ensure content is current, relevant, and accessible.Employee Engagement & Campaigns· Support the delivery of engagement initiatives and campaigns, including town halls, internal events, and recognition programs.· Contribute to initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and alignment across the organisation.Insights & Continuous Improvement· Monitor and report on communication effectiveness using metrics such as engagement, open rates, and feedback.· Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve communication approaches.Collaboration & Alignment· Work closely with People & Culture, IT, and business leaders to ensure consistent, timely, and aligned messaging.· Ensure communications reflect organisation's values, tone of voice, and brand standards.Knowledge, Skills & Competencies· Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible, business relevant content for different audiences.· Commercial acumen, with experience shaping offerings, supporting go to market activities, and contributing to revenue generating initiatives.· A strong curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with a genuine interest in emerging AI technologies, tools, and patterns.· Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with pragmatism, governance, and operational readiness in the design of enablement programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Communications professional should have:

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • 5+ years' experience in internal communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging and innovative communication approaches.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

Technical Capability

· Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

· Experience managing intranet platforms, ideally SharePoint, with an understanding of best practice and governance

· Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva
