We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver applications and data & insights initiatives within a large, complex enterprise. This hands‑on role suits someone comfortable in structured PMO environments while also facilitating Agile teams, leading the end‑to‑end delivery of medium-sized IT projects with internal stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards.
  • Foster collaboration between technical teams and business units to achieve project goals.
  • Utilise project management tools and methodologies to maintain efficiency and transparency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing IT projects within the transport and distribution industry.
  • Proven experience managing applications and/or data & analytics projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Familiarity with technology systems and their applications in business processes.
