Job Description

The IT Project Manager's role is to be responsible for overseeing the execution of successful projects. This role involves managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to implementation and post go-live support.The IT Project Manager will work closely with IT staff, department heads, and key business stakeholders to ensure the project meets its objectives and is delivered on time and within budget. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of system.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years project management experience (IT or business transformation preferred)
  • Experience delivering system implementations or operational change initiatives
  • Core PM capability (planning, tracking, risks/issues, reporting, stakeholder management)
  • Able to step into an in-flight project and get up to speed quickly
  • Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g. SaaS, ERP, inventory, compliance or operational platforms)
  • Experience supporting multi-site or distributed operations
  • Background in process improvement, transformation, or operational uplift
  • Industry experience in services, operations, or asset-intensive environments (desirable, not essential) Collaborative and outcome-focused
  • Clear and structured communicator
  • Proactive and action-oriented
  • Able to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable engaging across both business and technical teams
