We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to oversee and optimise supply chain operations within the technology & telecoms industry. This role requires a strong inventory and planning skill set along with outstanding leadership and collaboration skills, with an eye towards outstanding customer outcomes.

About Our Client

Our client is a long-standing business in the technology sector with a long track record of improving safety and productivity with its' clients. Due to growth and investment, they have identified a need for a strong supply chain leader to drive improvements in their inventory management processes, along with ensuring a strong commitment to excellent DIFOT levels.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics and inventory operations.
  • Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, along with driving continuous improvement across the supply chain function.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to senior management

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in the role you should have:

  • A strong background in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges..
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools to improve operational efficiency.
