Job Description

  • Lead Connected Retail network operations across Australia & New Zealand, ensuring system uptime, asset performance, and operational governance.
  • Oversee financial management, including onboarding, invoicing, cost tracking, budget control, and campaign profitability.
  • Drive campaign activation by coordinating technical setup, content scheduling, performance reporting, and workflow alignment across teams.
  • Partner closely with sales, data, analytics, and creative teams to support campaign delivery, identify growth opportunities, and enhance client value.
  • Manage go‑live execution, ongoing content updates, reporting accuracy, and continuous operational improvements.
  • Analyse large datasets to provide insights, develop dashboards, and support data‑driven decision‑making and ROI measurement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrate 5+ years' experience in network operations, digital media, retail tech, or data‑driven marketing, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi‑market programs.
  • Show strong operational leadership, ensuring network uptime, consistent workflows, and seamless campaign activation across multiple stakeholders.
  • Be commercially astute, confident managing budgets, forecasting, margin control, invoicing processes, and profitability metrics.
  • Exhibit advanced data capability, including analysing large datasets, producing dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excel in stakeholder and client management, with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills that drive retention and growth.
