An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Organisation Change Manager to join a major transformation program based in Brisbane. Working across large-scale technology and business initiatives, you will drive change adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness activities to ensure successful project outcomes.

Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the transport, logistics and infrastructure sector, currently undertaking significant technology and operational transformation initiatives. These programs are focused on improving efficiency, standardising processes and supporting future growth across the business

Job Description

  • Develop and deliver organisational change and stakeholder management strategies.
  • Undertake change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis activities.
  • Create and execute communication plans to support business readiness and adoption.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate training activities.
  • Develop training materials and support end users through go-live and hypercare phases.
  • Partner closely with project teams, business leaders and operational stakeholders.
  • Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive engagement activities across diverse stakeholder groups, from frontline teams through to executives.
  • Monitor change effectiveness and provide ongoing reporting and recommendations.
  • Ensure change initiatives align with project schedules, business objectives and organisational priorities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Organisation Change Manager should have:

  • 8+ years' experience delivering organisational change within large and complex environments.
  • Proven experience leading technology-enabled transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks and best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience delivering both strategic change initiatives and hands-on change activities.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and manage end-to-end change delivery.
  • Experience across Agile and Waterfall project environments.
  • A pragmatic, proactive and resilient approach to managing competing priorities.
  • Previous experience within transport, logistics, infrastructure, mining or industrial sectors will be highly regarded.
  • Change Management certification will be viewed favourably.
