Our client is a well-established large organisation in the Energy & Utilities sector. They are recognised for their commitment to leveraging innovative technology solutions to optimise operations and deliver sustainable outcomes.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support ICT project objectives.
  • Analyse organisational impacts and create tailored plans to address challenges.
  • Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment on key initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on change readiness and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Design and deliver communication plans to ensure clarity and transparency.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill teams on new systems and processes.
  • Monitor change adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Report on progress and outcomes to project leaders and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Organisational Change Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing change within ICT projects.
  • A solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • The ability to analyse complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience in the Energy & Natural Resources industry (preferred but not essential).
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving project goals.



Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation, technology implementation or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Prosci, ADKAR or other recognised change management methodology experience.
  • Experience within utilities, infrastructure, asset-intensive, government or operational environments.
  • Experience supporting leadership teams through significant organisational change
