Job Description

  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and efficiently on a fortnightly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and legislation.
  • Manage employee records, including leave balances and timesheets.
  • Address payroll-related queries from staff in a timely manner.
  • Generate payroll reports for management as required.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll processing.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in payroll (end-to-end or strong generalist exposure) in Australia.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage complex calculations.
  • Adaptable, hands-on, and confident jumping into tasks as needed.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
