Job Description

Coordination of procurement processes to integrate newly acquired entities* Identify existing policies and gaps versus current policies

* Review and collate supplier list including spend & category

* Collate list of contracts with value, payment terms, duration, renewal

* Create a critical supplier list validated with business stakeholders

* Assess existing systems and processes for exhaustivity, master data and data content

* Develop communication plan for suppliers to notify about acquisition

* Review contracts and create gap analysis vs standard terms & conditions

* Define remediation actions per contract (keep / renegotiate / exit)

* Complete due diligence for high-risk suppliers

* Assess and co-ordinate migration to preferred suppliers

* Co-ordinate and track reporting of sourcing synergies

* Align PR-to-PO process to ensure approval flows are applied

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • At least 5 years experience in procurement.
  • Sound understanding of end-to-end procurement process.
  • Business engagement capabilities at all levels of a matrix style organization desirable.
  • Ability to project manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capability.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time to meet deadlines and timeframes as they arise.
  • Oracle system experience highly desirable.
