Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the website transformation program, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Own accountability for program outcomes, including budget, governance reporting, and executive-level updates.
  • Drive strategic decision-making, balancing commercial objectives with community outcomes.
  • Champion user-centred design, improving digital experiences, accessibility, and customer journeys.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation to support adoption and new ways of working.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including procurement oversight, contracts, and performance management.
  • Lead change and transition activities, embedding new platforms into business-as-usual operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and technology teams to deliver integrated digital outcomes.
  • Develop artefacts such as journey maps and process maps to support design, delivery, and adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, procurement, and organisational frameworks.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Program Lead Website Transformation should have:

  • Extensive experience leading complex digital or transformation programs, delivering large, multi-stream initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies in high-profile environments.
  • Strong track record of leading organisational change and successfully embedding new platforms into BAU.
  • Demonstrated experience operating at a senior level with accountability for program outcomes and governance reporting.
  • Experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Expertise in user-centred design and service transformation, improving customer experience outcomes.
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive program direction.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
