Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within the mining sectors.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Qualifications in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience working within the mining sectors, iron ore experience is desirable
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong experience in SMP, NPI project delivery
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A commitment to upholding safety and compliance standards.
