The Rebates Manager will oversee and optimise the management of rebates within the industrial and manufacturing sector in the South-Eastern suburbs. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in accounting and finance to ensure accurate and efficient rebate process.
  • $135,000 - $145,000 plus superannuation, pending experience.

About Our Client

An organisation in the automotive sector, they are a market leader in their field and are known as an employer of choice. This role offers great flexibility with three days on-site in Rowville and two days working from home. This newly created role is an excellent role to lead a team and improve process efficiencies.

Job Description

  • Develop and manage rebate agreements and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Analyse rebate data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate rebate calculations and reporting.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of rebate accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve rebate strategies and performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments of rebates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Rebates Manager will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong expertise in accounting and finance, specifically in rebate management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise data effectively.
  • Microsoft D365 experience.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex financial processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
