About Our Client

We are seeking a Recruiter to join a collaborative HR team on a 3-month temporary assignment. You will be working alongside the HR function, supporting a busy recruitment portfolio with multiple vacancies and a strong pipeline of future hiring needs.

Job Description

This is a hands-on recruitment position where you'll manage end-to-end hiring across a variety of corporate and operational roles. Current vacancies include opportunities within Finance, Commercial, and other business-critical functions, with additional hiring planned across the business.

You will partner closely with hiring managers to source, engage and secure top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Source, screen and assess candidates across a variety of professional roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, offer management and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment best-practice advice to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruiter should have:

  • 3-5 years' recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
  • Experience recruiting across corporate functions such as Finance, Commercial, Operations, Helpdesk, GNOC (Network Operations Centre), and other business support roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience within the Technology and/or Telecommunications sector will be highly regarded.
