About Our Client

Since 1963, this iconic Australian furniture retailer has been shaping the way families create beautiful homes. From proud beginnings as a family business, it has grown into a Top 200 ASX-listed company - celebrated for its quality craftsmanship, timeless style, and reputation for affordable luxury.

As the business continues to grow, this is a rare opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to take the reins of a high-performing showroom network across Sydney Metro (Western Suburbs / Inner West).

Reporting to the Head of Retail NSW, you'll take the reins of a dynamic network of 5-7 Showroom Managers and a 30-strong sales team across the region. Through regular showroom visits, sales and data analysis, and targeted initiatives, you'll be the driving force behind sales performance and budget success -coaching, developing, and empowering your team to deliver record-breaking sales results.

Beyond the numbers, you'll be the heartbeat of the region - championing exceptional customer experiences, building future leaders, and shaping a culture people are proud to be part of. You'll oversee recruitment and succession planning, manage escalations, and ensure every showroom reflects the brand's standards in visual merchandising and presentation, all while keeping the business compliant with policy, retail legislation, and workplace health and safety.
