Our client is a Sydney-based professional services firm specialising in payroll outsourcing and contract workforce management, providing end-to-end solutions such as salary packaging, contractor administration, and migration or sponsorship support for both businesses and independent workers.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Process customer on-boarding accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Track and monitor order status, deliveries, and customer requests.
  • Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and compliant with company procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a sales support, administration, customer service, or office administration role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
