Job Description

  • Design and implement secure access service edge (SASE) solutions to enhance network security and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SASE technologies into existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to minimise vulnerabilities in network systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SASE-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document network configurations and processes to maintain a detailed technical knowledge base.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in SASE and related technologies.
  • Participate in project planning and delivery to align SASE solutions with organisational goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on the effective use of SASE solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SASE Network Engineer should have:

  • Proven expertise in secure access service edge (SASE) technologies and network engineering principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
  • Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions.
  • Knowledge of public sector technology environments and compliance requirements is advantageous.
  • Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in network engineering or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
