We are pleased to partner again with this large, expanding and successful business with a new role in their Brisbane HQ. The group has a range of business interests that broadly fall into the property and construction category, and despite their success to date they have little interest in slowing down.With an annual turnover north of $1bn and a national headcount in the thousands, this is a large business that moves at pace and delivers for their customers and their people.

Job Description

The Senior FP&A Analyst position is initially a standalone post and a newly created role. Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:* Lead the Group's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

* Develop, update, and maintain financial models, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and rolling forecasts

* Deliver ad-hoc financial and commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions

* Provide financial management analysis of key Group KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities

* Partner with business units to interpret performance and provide commercially focused insights

* Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and actionable reporting for the senior leadership team

* Support scenario modelling, business cases, and investment evaluations

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Senior FP&A Analyst role should be:

* CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification

* Able to show 3 to 6 years + experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or similar analytical roles

* Strong in budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based financial modelling, ideally within project-based environments

* Advanced with Excel and able to bring a Power BI skillset

* An excellent communicator, comfortable speaking with the most senior stakeholders
