Job Description

  • Lead all aspects of site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable performance.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through strong leadership, coaching and accountability.
  • Deliver operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Manage site budgets, costs and performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead CAPEX and plant improvement projects to enhance productivity, safety and capacity.
  • Oversee production, maintenance, logistics and customer service activities to meet customer and operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards while driving ongoing improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Manager should have:

  • 5+ years' experience leading manufacturing, operations or site-based teams
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Experience identifying, leading and delivering CAPEX projects, from business case development through to execution and operational outcomes.
  • Background in manufacturing, precast, concrete, construction materials, infrastructure or related heavy industrial environments highly regarded.
