Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise solution architecture and blueprinting
  • Translate business goals into scalable, governed Low Code No Code LCNC solutions
  • Define governance models (apps, environments, versioning, deployment)
  • Identify and remediate Shadow IT through secure workflows
  • Partner with sales on solutioning, demos, and deal shaping
  • Lead client presentations and articulate business value & ROI
  • Own architecture standards, design reviews, and best practices
  • Guide teams on complex design challenges and solution quality
  • Build reusable assets (patterns, frameworks, reference architectures)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and IT leaders on transformation strategy



The Successful Applicant

A successful Solution Architect should have:

  • Extensive experience across Low Code No Code LCNC / Business Process Management BPM / workflow automation / custom app development / business or digital transformation.
  • Proven delivery of 3-4+ large-scale implementation programs in a technical lead / solution expert / solution architect capacity.
  • 3-4+ years hands-on Low Code No Code LCNC platform experience in one or more of: Pega, Appian, OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, ServiceNow (experience with Kissflow is a strong plus).
  • Strong knowledge of process / workflow automation, data modelling, and integrations (APIs, web services, middleware).
  • Ability to architect scalable, maintainable multi-app ecosystems with governance and standards.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management - confident engaging CXOs (CIO/CDO), IT leaders, and delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot complex design constraints.
