Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing activities to support procurement needs.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address supply chain requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and present reports on sourcing and contract management activities.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sourcing Specialist should have:

  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement and contract management software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
